Once the product is returned under our 15-day money-back policy, a 100% refund will be credited to the customer’s VEA wallet and can be utilized for future purchases.* Not applicable on Solitaires above INR 3 lakh, Coins, and Customized orders.

How to Return
Select the item you wish to return from your Order History.
Pack the jewellery in its original material along with the certificate.
Hand over to our pickup agent and collect a tracking acknowledgment (receipt/SMS).
RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE
We offer **FREE return shipping** across India. For items above ₹35,000 picked up by 3rd party logistics, we will first send you a **Tamper-Proof Packet**. Secure your jewellery in it before the pickup agent arrives.
